– Mechanical Properties: 5052-H32 tensile strength 170–305 MPa, yield strength ≥90 MPa, elongation ≥12%.

Based on different operating conditions, we offer three core surface treatment solution of aluminum fan blade sheets, balancing practicality and adaptability.

1. Mill Finish

– Maintains the natural aluminum color, smooth surface, low air resistance, suitable for household fans and low-corrosion environments.

– Advantages: Low cost, easy processing, good heat dissipation, suitable for industrial scenarios where appearance requirements are not high.

– Typical applications: Southeast Asian household ceiling fans, ordinary workshop exhaust fans, annual export volume exceeding 2000 tons.

2. Anodized

– Generates a dense oxide film of 5–25μm, with a hardness of HV300+, improving corrosion resistance by more than 10 times.

– Available in natural, bronze, black, etc., with controllable surface conductivity.

– Advantages: Wear-resistant, UV-resistant, and fade-resistant, suitable for outdoor and high-humidity environments.

– Technical details: Employs sulfuric acid anodizing process, with sealing treatment to ensure film density, salt spray test ≥1000 hours.

3. Coated

– Powder Coating: Thickness 60–120μm, excellent weather resistance, RAL full color range available, suitable for scenarios with high aesthetic requirements.

– PVDF Coating: Fluorocarbon resin, weather resistance ≥20 years, suitable for large wind turbines in extreme climates.

– Advantages: Corrosion resistant, easy to clean, highly decorative, suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas and chemical plants.

– Production Control: Coating adhesion reaches Grade 0 (cross-cut test), impact strength ≥50kg·cm.

1. Lightweight and Strength Balance:

Density only 2.7g/cm³, 66% lighter than steel, thinner blades for the same strength, reducing motor load, and achieving measured energy savings of 15–20%. Our 3.0mm 5052 blades, customized for Middle Eastern customers, have shown no deformation after 5000 hours of continuous operation at 60℃.

2. Fatigue Resistance and Stability:

Through T4/T6 heat treatment and roll forming, the material’s fatigue limit is enhanced, making it suitable for long-term high-speed rotation (up to 1500 rpm). A European customer reported that cooling tower fans manufactured using our 6061-T6 sheet metal have had their lifespan extended from 2 years to 5 years.

3. Precision Manufacturing and Balance Control:

Utilizing a four-roll reversible cold rolling mill and tension straightening ensures sheet flatness ≤1.5mm/m² and weight deviation ≤2g per square meter, significantly reducing blade dynamic balancing costs. In an industrial fan project exported to the United States, the customer saved 40% on balancing process time as a result.

4. Customization and Fast Delivery:

We maintain a stock of 5052/6061, shipping regular orders within 7-15 days and responding to urgent orders within 48 hours. Our custom-designed curved blades for an African customer are formed in one piece using CNC bending, achieving a 99.8% pass rate.
